We have recently updated our website and no longer need Jotform. I am not able to find anywhere under my account where I can delete the subscription. Please advise accordingly.

Upon checking the status of your account snyde1k I found that you already canceled your Premium subscription, so your account is already scheduled to downgrade:
That means you will no longer be charged and your account will remain as Premium until the date given in the image, on that date the account will be automatically downgraded to free.
