Paypal portion of my page does not display in Chrome.

Asked by steveclarke on April 23, 2014 at 01:03 PM

The paypal info (and submit button) and the Facebook like button do not appear when users view my page in Chrome.

It works fine in IE 8 and FireFox.

An Apple user has also reported this problem.  Can you help me troubleshoot?

    Thank you for contacting us.

I was not able to reproduce the issue on a cloned version of your form, but something is wrong with the Embed code of your current form in Chrome.

Can you please Expand a Submit button field to see if that makes any difference in Chrome?

If this does not help, please let us know.

    Hi steveclarke,

I have reduced the top margin in .form-header-group and find that the problem has gone. Please see the screenshot below:

After reducing the top margin i find the paypal info, submit button and facebook like button like the image below.

Please go to the link below to know how to inject custom css.

Hope you can resolve your problem now.

We are always be with you to show the way to solve your problem.
