That's how our integration works. Once the payment is sent, you will receive the form notification email and you will see the data to your form submissions page. If no payment will be made, no complete submission email will be sent and no data will be visible to your form submissions page. You will see it to your form's incomplete payment section. Check this guide: How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments. The timeframe for this function is 30 minutes, meaning, if a person submitting to your form won't send the payment on this period, that particular submission will become incomplete.
