Links from the email is not working

Email link won't open on the phone. It keeps loading. It does open when I do it on the computer.

Perhaps, the phone connection is too slow? Also, please confirm what browser is used in the screenshot. It looks like it is an embedded browser from an application. Are you opening the links from the Gmail app?
