Hi,
To update your username, please provide at least 3 possible usernames in order of preference. If the first one is available, we'll change your username immediately.
Also, note that if you are using a custom URL (how to create a custom URL of a form) for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.

Hello,
Your username should only contain alphanumeric and underscore (_). Therefore, space, comma, dot, and slash symbols are not allowed.
Kindly share with us again 3 possible usernames you would like to change to.
