My app crashed and now I cannot login.

I followed the instructions to reset my password, but it is still not recognizing it. Can you help me?

Thank you. I was wondering if you’ve made any progress on this? I’m strongly considering upgrading my service with you guys but I want to make sure that I can login first. Thank you

    While we are waiting:

I built an employment application form which I plan to make available via my website. I want to setup another form where the user registers for an account where they provide a username and password to access the employment application and can see the other applications that they have submitted and monitor their progress. I’m planning on using prepopulated field to ‘link’ the application form with either the user I’d or submissionid from the login form. Is this possible?

Upon checking your account, I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "Employment Application Registration" has fields like "password" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing. Please check the screenshot below:

Authentication form can't be used in Jotform and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the guilty fields from your form and activated your account again.

Kindly refrain from creating a form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
