with your integration w/Hubspot - can you send multiple contacts from one “Jotform” into HubSpot at the same time?

What does this look like inside of HubSpot?

also - does it matter if that info is gathered in a widget?

When you set up an integration you match the fields of your form to the ones on Hubspot you want to be filled in with. On submission of your form, the fields that are selected will be input into the ones they are matched with.

yes but If there are multiple contacts in your form, how does that flow to Hubspot?

in my case, I’m asking for a list of users and need each set of criteria (name, email, phone number) to flow into HS as a new contact associated with the same company. Do you have any idea how that would work best on a Jotform?

This is how the integration works:

• You map the form fields onto your Hubspot fields via the integration and save.
• Each time your form gets submitted, the contact details will flow onto Hubspot.

So with multiple submissions, multiple contact details will be passed onto Hubspot.

Sorry. I feel like maybe I’m not being clear.
I want a form built out that would (in 1 submission) have multiple contacts
that would all need to flow into Hubspot under one company. I just need to
know if you guys have that capability?

To clarify, your form will have multiple contact fields and you want all these fields to flow into Hubspot separately in one form submission. For example, a one submission has 5 contacts details, you want the 5 contact details to be sent to HubSpot as separate entries. Is this correct?

Yes this is correct and to flow to one company within hubspot.

It is possible if you have set up multiple contact fields on your Hubspot account.

Then you will get an option to map each contact field within the integration too.

Then the multiple contacts from that one submission can be passed on to Hubspot.
