    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    You'll need to first add a Multiple Choice Field which will indicate the amounts that will be shown as donations.

    Then add a Form Calculation widget to calculate the total based on what the user selects.

    Finally add the Payment field, which is set to User Defined Amount, and the Get Price From is set to the Form Calculation widget in the form.
