Downgrade from Silver yearly to monthly

    Can you help me to switch to monthly payment

    I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

    I see that you're currently on the Bronze monthly plan. Your payment for the annual Silver will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days.

    Should you wish to upgrade to Silver monthly, please do so in your Jotform account and contact us back so we can refund the payment you made for the Bronze monthly plan.
