    Hello Sdorado,

This is certainly possible, and can be accomplished using an IF/ELSE statement. The User Guide below should walk you through the process that you will follow to set up this statement - https://www.jotform.com/help/1463-how-to-set-up-an-if-else-condition-element-with-jotform-approvals

If you encounter any additional issues getting this workflow set up, please provide us with the URL of the form in question, as well as a brief explanation of how the emails should be split amongst the 3 possible recipients, and we will help you create a mock-up form to show how this Approval should be created.

    User Guide- https://www.jotform.com/help/401-where-to-find-my-form-url

    Thank you!

    Hello Jotform
I would deeply appreciate the support.
The URL to the form in question is: https://form.jotform.com/213627870079059
My intent is to have the approval flow follow three points of logic.
    1. The 1st approver should be the Division Manager, listed on the form – that should set an approval email to be sent to:
    2. The 2nd approver should be the Regional Manager, listed on the form – that should set an approval email to be sent to:
    3. The 3rd approval (if it is a position that requires experience – a question also listed on the form) would be our COO – Rkaster – This should send an email back to the first 2 and an auto-notification of the approval to the submitter – End sequence.
I have one approval flow set up on the approvals page. If this works, I want to copy this – 15 more times.
Your guidance on if I can simplify this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

Thank you for letting us know your workflow.

I am not 100% sure that would fit your workflow, but you could check the "Conditional Branch"

This one allows you to define multiple outcome at once, so it could potentially simply your workflow.

    Best regards
