Stripe not sending official Financial Receipts

    I have also been speaking with Stripe as donors were not receiving official financial receipts from stripe which I do have set up to be automatic but the Stripe integration in Jotform does not have an email field and therefore is not pulling email addresses for donors across from the from to customer details in Stripe and therefore is not sending receipts.

    Have you come across this and do you know how to rectify?

    Hello again,

    You should set up an email notification to get notified each time your form is submitted and received a payment, you could also set up an email auto-responder that will be sent to your submitter. 

    For both emails you are able to customize the template that is sent and add the needed info from the form, including the payment field will also include the Stripe payment details and it looks like this when received:
