Approval Outstanding

I have approved all forms, why it is still saying I have 6 waiting to be approved. I believe there is a glitch on the form. Please help to update it. Thanks.

I checked your email address in our system, but I did not find any account. To which form is the issue related? Where is it shown that you have 6 pending submissions?

I saw that you received some approval emails, but as far as I can see they are all approved.
