Tina Cusker is not longer with us, we are trying to change her email account from the Sender's email account but we don't know how! every time one of our agents submitt a request they get a confirmation email with Tina's email account. I just added my email account firstname.lastname@example.org but it didn't work, the confirmation emails keep showing Tina's email as the sender.
How can I replace Tina's email account with mine?

You need to edit the email notifications of the forms and change the sender email:
This needs to be done in every notification of every form.
Please consult this guide on how to add a custom sender.
