403 Forbidden

    Gentlemen, yet again I am getting error 403 on pages submitted through your form.

    The webform is held on http://www.madabouthandling.com/page6000.html  It is also as an i-fram on the Samsung Wesite, the URL for which is not yet live; it goes live on 11 August 2011.

    As this is about to go live and you must address this.  I full expect to be INCREASING the account activity with you, but you must address this ASAP.  Fortunately this was a test upload


    If you are going to return to the old ways of not addressing this point, I have created an identical form which is ready to go with another form builder.  This is your last opportunity to keep my business.

    I tried what I can to fix this but I was unsuccessful.  I will forward this matter to our development team and take a look at this.

    I am off to London now and will be returning to my office on Tuesday morning.  I will be placing another test on Monday.  If this persists, I will be cancelling my annual account and seeking refund.

    This has been a problem now for rather too long.  Have I just been singled out for this or is everyone else suffering needlessly?

    I tested your form twice and even uploaded a jpeg file but I could not replicate the issue you're describing. The submissions were sent to your account's submissions database. The jpeg file was successfully uploaded and is accessible from all browsers.

    Did you just recently upload the file you were referring to (http://s3.amazonaws.com/jufs/MADABOUT/2080522940/177826391217359317/SAM_0222.JPG) - using the form in http://www.madabouthandling.com/page6000.html?

    I can see the image which you uploaded.  I have successfully uploaded another form and all is showing as expected.


    You seem to have cleared to issue.
