I can't receive emails from jot form

    Hi,

     

    I recently signed up for a jotForm account and i went ahead and created a simple contact form and put my email address in. When i press the button to Test Email it says it sent it but i never got the email. Could please help me out with problem.

    Hello Danny

    When you click on the Text email button, the tests are being sent to the default email address in your profile sfagan@panwoodsys.com.

    To test a different address, please fill the form out and submit it. If the problem still persist, please make sure you whitelist our IP addresses and domains. Please check this guide for further help.
