Submissions are not being emailed to two recipients

    I want each submission of the Client Information Form sent as a password-protected PDF to the two email addresses I specified under "Emails." So far the emails have not been received by either party. What have I failed to do in setting this up?

    Hi there,

    Hope all is well.

    You need to check the option "Send email on form Submitted" so that the trigger could be setup automatically.
