Visual Report: add more than one filter for the same field

    Hello,

I am trying to create a Visual Report that is filtered by options in a drop down list. My drop down list has 12 options but I want to exclude 4 of those options or only include 8 of the options on the Visual Report.

When I do the filter, I can choose either:

    1. Includes
    2. Equals
    3. Does Not Equal

From what I can tell, Includes and Equals does exactly the same thing. I had assumed that by using "Includes" that I would be allowed to chose more than one of the options from the drop down list. How can I choose more than one of the options?

Also, regarding Sharing, I used to be able to just send a link to ANYONE and they are able to open up the link without having to "sign up" for anything. Now it's asking my user to "sign up" for either Google, Facebook or with their email. How can I share the report by simply using a link without my user having to sign up?

    Thanks,

    Alissa

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

I'm afraid that it is not possible to create the same filter in the same field. I have created a feature request ticket and will be forwarding it to our backend team for possible implementation.

Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured, we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.

Your other question about report sharing will be answered on this support ticket https://www.jotform.com/answers/3665402 shortly.

    Thank you!
