Fields Not showing the question

    When a notification is received, some of the fields don't show what question or statement pertains to answer (using short text, dropdown and headers).

    Hi there,

    This is most likely to occur if the email template has been modified previously.

    Please delete the existing notification email and create a new one. The most recent fields will be included in the new notification email
