I'm making a Chinese version form, and then test it.
Some e-mail box get the normal form, but some get the wrong one that all the Chinese letters change to be unreadable.
What's the promble? Please help!
Thanks!

Hello Pansy,
I did check your form's notification email template and it is setup correctly.
Are you using any email client to access your email account? I would suggest you to check your submission emails in your webmail account and see if you see the same behavior of email content getting changed to unreadable content.
Please share a screenshot as well. The following guide should help you in uploading image in your forum post: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033
We will wait for your response.
Thank you!

The email content is normal in webmail account. But if using the foxmail client to access the email account, it changes to unreadable content. The 1st one picture below is the unreadable one,the 2nd one is the right one.
Please tell how to make the email client read email content normally?
Thank you!

Hello Pansy,
This seems to be a application specific issue. There seems to be some encoding problem with your email client.
I do not have foxmail client but I believe changing the character encoding to "Unicode UTF-8" should solve your problem. Can you please check the settings of foxmail and change this?
Thank you!
