Order receipt printing on square printer automatically

    We just had to reconnect our form to square in order to get the credit card field to accept a number. Now we are getting these weird receipts from each jotform order printing out on our square printer. We have never even linked the two. It also isn't actually processing the payment until we say the order is done when usually it takes the money immediately, as this is a prepaid order. I can't figure out what has changed. I don't need this receipt and I do need the credit card processing once the order is submitted.

    Hello,

    Looking at your table it looks like these transactions are going through and should be charged right away. We also don't have anything that would connect to a printer. I would check with Square to see if they have made any changes to be withholding your money as well as if they have something that's printing things.
