PDF Errors on forms uploaded via JF to MS OneDrive

We are getting errors opening many PDF versions of forms that are uploaded via the Microsoft OneDrive Integration of JF. Firstly, the names of the problematic forms are all numeric rather than the standard naming of the person submitting and the date. See below for the form named MAP International Medical Mission Feedback Form, and the submission that was uploaded by JotForm to our One Drive account. When we try to open the uploaded file, we get the message shown below; "Error We couldn't find the submission you are looking for on our servers". Can you assist in determination of whats happening with this?

Could you kindly confirm the form URL of the form in question and/or the username of the user who owns this form? I am unable to find any forms under your account and will need the form URL or username to find the form and investigate fully.

Is the 5144790366616799221 title of the PDF the submission ID? If so, could you kindly confirm that this is correct?

The username is lframe@map.org and is the current owner of the form. Also, that title name is NOT the title of the submission. The "Laine Massick 09-17-2021 00_00" is the expected submission filename. Trying to determine how the naming convention has changed from the standard. We have several submissions that have this issue.

Under our JotForm portal, maporg.jotform.com there is a user, lframe@map.org Entry number 4 on the Medical Mission Feedback Form uploaded the odd PDF in question.
