We are getting errors opening many PDF versions of forms that are uploaded via the Microsoft OneDrive Integration of JF. Firstly, the names of the problematic forms are all numeric rather than the standard naming of the person submitting and the date. See below for the form named MAP International Medical Mission Feedback Form, and the submission that was uploaded by Jotform to our One Drive account. When we try to open the uploaded file, we get the message shown below; "Error We couldn't find the submission you are looking for on our servers". Can you assist in determination of whats happening with this?

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

Could you kindly confirm the form URL of the form in question and/or the username of the user who owns this form? I am unable to find any forms under your account and will need the form URL or username to find the form and investigate fully.

Is the 5144790366616799221 title of the PDF the submission ID? If so, could you kindly confirm that this is correct?

We look forward to your response!

    Hello,

I'm not finding an account associated with lframe@map.org. Can you please provide a link to the form in question so we are able to look it up that way instead?

Submission IDs where this has occurred could also be helpful to take a look into these specific submissions.
