Help with Subscription

    Hi there,

    I have a couple of questions regarding your subscription option for sales:

    If someone purchases an item utilizing a subscription on the 30th of January, when will their card be charged in February? Since February only has 28 days, will the card be charged on the 28th?

    My second question regarding subscriptions is what would happen to the previous subscriptions if I were to change the item? So for example, we are offering a 5 month payment plan for the month of February and in March we are offering a 4 month payment plan. If I go into the Jotform and change the subscription to 4 months, will it affect anyone that had already signed up for a 5 month payment plan?

    When you setup subscriptions on your form you have the option to determine the subscription period. If you choose monthly and the first one is after the end of the next month it will likely charge on the last day of the next month.

    If you change or delete a product after it's been sold it won't retroactively change anything from prior purchases.
