    Hello,

I am trying to create some conditions for a drop-down menu which I have included in this support request.

Pertains to form element: "Will you be able to attend In-Person or via Zoom on any of the dates listed in the dropdown menus to receive the award? Please select date by 1st, 2nd & 3rd choice."

Condition #1 - When they select "In-Person" dates or Any Date then it would skip to item #14.

Condition #2 - If they select "In-Person" - "Cannot Attend" but select via "Zoom" or "Cannot Zoom" then it needs to skip to item #9

    Thank you,

    David

    Hi,

Please check this sample form: https://jotform.com/220131788238961/

See if you like how it works. If you want to use it as your form, you can clone it.

We'll be waiting for your response.

    Hi Billy,

It's close but not quite right. When I select "Myself" or "Deceased" then select "In-Person" Cannot Attend but select Zoom and any of the dates or "Any Date" it should then skip to "Can someone be there to accept the Award if you can "Zoom", not attend "In-Person" or are not able to "Zoom"?" which is item #9 which it doesn't go to. Does that make sense? It does however work when I select both "In-Person" and "Zoom" "Cannot Attend" in the dropdown menus as I need it to.

Also, I tried to clone the form following the instructions sent to me to see the settings, but I receive an error: "Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular"

    Thank you,

    David

    Hi Billy,

I was able to finally clone after copying directly from my browser. Thank you too. It looks like things are working the way I want and I have studied the settings you set so I can understand what you did.

    Thank you very much!

    David
