Making Room in our account

Hi!

I just got word that we are out of space and so our forms have been de-activated.  We have forms we no longer use that we would like to delete.  Will that free up space enough to activate our forms again?

Actually, your account is still active, and is far away from the 100 (regular) submission limit for free accounts. It is likely that the notice is for another account. At which email address did you receive this notice?

As for your question, deleting forms will not free up space. The limit refers to the number of submissions you have accrued for the month. Deleting submissions will not decrease the count in any way.
