I recently bought a years subscription of Jotform to use for a website, about 2 weeks ago I believe. Service has been great except for one thing.
Two days ago, 4 forms I made in JotForm partially stopped working on the site. Any button with an option of choosing the quantity would direct anyone trying to use it directly to the custom Thank You page. Any button that did not have a quanity option, however, worked fine and would let people make a purchase through PayPal.
Once I remade the forms they worked fine, but I'm confused as to why this happened with no change in the code or anything.
Could someone please help me out? Any help would be appreciated,

Admittedly, it will be difficult to investigate the issue at this time since it is now working as you said. We won't be able to replicate the issue and check what caused it.
