Data usage limit

    I have gone through and downloaded and deleted all the submissions on my account, and yet it is still showing as the usage is being taken up. I have checked my trash can, which states there is nothing in there. Can you advise how to rectify this issue?

    I checked your account and it shows that the limits are all good. Please log out from your account and log back in. Then check if you are still getting the limit error.
