Not receiving approver email on form submission

    Hi - My client needs the form to go to two approvers. I have set up the approval flow and used my client's email and my email (as the second approver). I filled out the form but didn't receive an email to approve the data. Can you please help?

    Hello @darcie.vaughan,

    Thanks for reaching us. We're happy to have you on our support forum.

    I checked it out and noticed that the reason you are not getting an approval email is that you have not connected the Form with the Split element at the very beginning of the approval flow design.


    I cloned your form and connected the form with Split element and then submitted a test submission and immediately received the following email:

    Kindly make the required changes in your approval flow design and let us know the update.
