I checked and found that you had a previous subscription with us through PayPal which was supposed to rebill you again back on 11/13/2013 last year. However, our system indicated that it failed and so you were scheduled to have your account downgraded which occurred today. Additionally, as far as I know I don't think PayPal sends out notifications unless you have it configured to do so or if you've received a new bill for a purchase of some sort.
