do jot forms calculate totals? (eg. #ticket x ticket price = total) if so, can you lead me to where I can learn to do?

    Hi Mary,

Firstly, welcome to JotForm - the world's easiest online form builder!

Regarding your inquiry, if you intend to collect ticket payments from your guests, then JotForm will be a viable solution for you. JotForm has a feature called Payment Tools wherein you can set up forms that ask the user how many tickets s/he wants to purchase, select a quantity, then submit the form for payment through numerous 3rd-party payment gateways (i.e. Paypal, Google Checkout, 2CO, Authorize.net, etc). For more information about Payment Tools, please visit the following help pages:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/49-Payment-Form-Types
    http://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-7-Payment+Forms

If your form doesn't involve any payments at all, JotForm won't be able to perform mathematical calculations by itself. It is something that's already in our programming team's to do list.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for choosing JotForm!
