Refunding my money

    Hi there, I purchased the bronze packaged and was charged the full fee instead of just the monthly fee which is what I wanted to be charged. I have already downgraded by account in hopes of getting my money back, but I want to ensure that I have the full $226.94 CAD back from my purchase of the yearly bronze package. I have already cancelled by subscription on my PayPal account if that makes it easier, thank you!

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.


    Since you've used Paypal, you would need to login to your Paypal account to cancel the subscription:

    1. Log in to your Paypal Account
    2. Find the reference to the latest payment you have made to Jotform
    3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction
    4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button, and that is it.

    Then please get back to us to confirm and for us to request a refund on your account.
