I created a form with pdf attached but I don't receive the attachment, please help me

I apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please send a link to the relevant form? Once I have it, I can clone it and investigate what might be causing the issue in the Autoresponder.
Additionally, I see you have one set to attach from your PDF editor, as well as one that is uploaded. Can you specify which one this is about?

Thank you for following up.
I checked your form, and you need to change the recipient to the email field, as it needs a valid address to send to. Once I made this change, I received the Autoresponder without issue.
Please try it. Additionally, you will need to do a test submission from the preview to receive the full email.

Hi,
It is the PDF Attachment of user submitted data getting attached with the email.
If you do not want it in your email. Go to Email Auto responder settings and Turn OFF PDF Attachment.
After turning OFF pdf attachment you will not receive submission PDF.
Please see the screenshot.

its works now...
last thing..in the portuguese language we use some accents in words and they are breaking the words...is there a solution?

Thank you for following up.
Have you copied the text in the Autoresponder from a different document? If so, I suggest doing it again, making sure to use the keys CTRL+SHIFT+V to exclude any formatting and possibly solve the issue.

Yes, I understand and it is what I was referring to. Sometimes preexisting formatting can make special characters or accents appear like in your screenshot.
Please copy the text in your Autoresponder, remove it, repaste it using the CTRL+SHIFT+V method. You can then customize it using the options in the email editor. If you do not want to copy and paste, you can also try retyping it manually.
Please give it a try, and let us know if the issue remains.

Hi @carlosmarin,
Okay I checked, I have reproduce the same issue on my end too. To fix this you need to delete the current Auto responder Email and create a new Autoresponder Email.
Please see the below screenshots
Delete the current Autoresponder and create a new one
In new Autoresponder delete All the source code.
After deleting source code in main Email text box paste the copied Email content. Click Save
After this please submit the form and check.
