I received a submission email this morning for a recurring donation form and in the My Donation spot it says "10 Array." What does that mean? The person's submission on the database has nothing at all in that spot. Is there something wrong with how I set up the form? This is a new form but two other people have filled it out successfully.

    Hello lunarplaytime,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support!

What does 10 Array mean on a submission?

This data is being sent by the Square payment widget. I was unable to replicate the issue.

You may want to contact the form respondent to get clarification on the data.

I cloned your form and was able to submit the form without any payment details. I recommend setting your payment widget to required. Please see my screencast below.

Also, please fully test your form before going live.

Testing your form, before going live, steps:

    1. Create the form.
    2. Visit your form using the URL where you intend users to access it.
    3. Test your form by sending a test submission. You can delete the test submissions once you are satisfied with your forms performance. If you have a payment gateway, be sure you are in test mode/sandbox, before sending test submissions.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
