    I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Jotform account access. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    You will need the email address or the username you used when creating the Jotform account. You will also need access to the email account to receive the email with the password reset link.

    How to reset your Jotform account password:

    1. Go to the Jotform login page.
    2. Click the forgot password link.
    3. Enter either your email address or username, then hit the Send Reset Instructions button.
    4. Check your email inbox for the password reset email.
    5. Click the Reset Password button provided in the email.
    6. Enter your new password, then click the Create a New Password button, and you’re done.
