    I have added over a year ago to my account my Avatar, but it never shows up.  Could you please fix this?

    I think that the Avatar 'Upload Picture' option needs to be fixed, so I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread.

    We will get back to you as soon as we have any news on this.

    Well, as you see, Mine isn't.  I still show the generic avatar.  It should be my photo.

    Am I doing something wrong in my account?

    It won't let me.  I choose a photo then hit save and it doesn't do anything

    Can you try to upload just a small image?

    by the way, can you tell me that you use secure connection (https) ?

    The extension of image must be jpg.

    As stated above the image is only 24K and it's .jpg.  And my account is coming up as http://

     

    I just tried https:// and it still is not working

    Same issue.  I hit save and nothing happens.  I used both http & https

     

    It appears that the Save button isn't active

    I have tried several browsers from IE8 on my PC and Safari & Firefox on my Mac
