for some reason, I am not receiving my copy of my orders as I always do. I had to log into jot form and print the orders off. They usually come to my email which is email@example.com
any help is appreciated.

We do not have any issues with Google Mail Addresses. They should work best with our form notification email. What is the form URL in question so we can check?

Hi Lis, ok here is the URL to the form that they need to take a look at.
Just send them this link above. I am sure it's not a major issue with the form, probably just a glitch. :)

I do see that your form 10454503595 does not have a Sender Email Address set on the Email Alert, nor the AutoResponder (Email Sent to User). Please fill out this field with the firstname.lastname@example.org email address. Without the Sender Email Address the Email cannot be sent
