All of my form submissions are now just from 'email@example.com'. Is this just a bug as I have spent hours making sure all of my forms are set up correctly as even all my auto respond outgoing emails were messed up as well!

I am still having this problem, why would that be?
In the email notification Name and Email is selected in (back) top left
If the email is set as text it sends from firstname.lastname@example.org
If the email is set to HTML it sends from the correct 'from' address
If the HTML is edited in anyway (ie removing the jotform logo) it reverts back to sending from noreply@jotform
Does anyone have this problem or maybe I have something set incorrectly
I have created new notification emails but still have the same problem
