Hello when i click in my form submit i dont recieve a email,
do you know what the problem can be.

I've checked your settings and your 2 email notifications seemed to be setup correctly. I also checked your email address and it's not on bounce list:
Result: email@example.com is NOT in the bounce list
I checked mail logs and everything's seemed to be working okay.

Kindly check your Junk/Spam folder as well.
