I only have 22 forms in my "ALL MY FORMS" section, as a deleted a few and then purged them from the trash. However when cloning an old form to revise for a new year, the upgrade option pops up saying I already have 25 forms and cannot make another. Please help me fix this and explain what is happening.

I checked your account and you have 25 forms. You need to reduce the number to 24 if you want to clone a form. You can archive the forms instead of deleting it: https://www.jotform.com/help/1840-how-to-archive-a-form/
