    Hello dynamicevidence,

    We can reconfigure your email notification settings. Please refer to the image below:

    **note: please add 2 rows (step #4) below the Location and Billing address row**

    Please let me know if this resolved your issue.

    It worked, thank you Bryan!

    Now, will that change the look on the pdf as well?

    You're welcome! And yes, that should also eliminate the colons on your PDF reports.

    You may also want to capitalze every first letter of the word on your address field. To do that, you can add "CAPITALIZE:" (without the quotations) right before the location (e.g. {CAPITALIZE:location:city}).

    Please let us know if you need help.

    Hello Bryan,

    Everything worked, thanks again!  But the pdf still shows the old version (with the colons before each address line).  Any way I can change that?

    @Haydee

    Ufortunately, the PDF output cannot be changed/customized. I think our dev team is workging in a implementation of the capability to edit/customize the pdf output, but we have not received any information about it.

    So, currently there is no way to remove the colons from your fields in the PDF.

    Thanks
