I'd like to change the credit card on my account. How do I do this? Thanks!

Please let me inform you that changing your CC info would require to cancel your current subscription, refund you the last payment made to us and then reupgrade your account with the new Credit Card.
That is to prevent future problems in your payments made through BlueSnap (one of our payment processors).
Kindly confirm us if you agree with this process so that we can proceed to cancel your subscription and process a refun for you.

Wait--let me get this straight--I am trying to update the credit card WE have on file because the other credit card expired...are you saying we have to create a new account and cancel this one? Also, if that is the case, what happens to our current forms?

Please disregard completely the previous message EliezerN provide to you. You have a current subscription which is trying to charge the card on file, but it seems no longer valid.
So, go ahead and update your CC info without worries. It will create a new subscription (not a new account) for you.
