What happens if I downgrade my plan from silver to free?

I am wondering what happens if I downgrade my plan from silver to free. Free says only 5 forms. Does this mean active forms or all forms?

If I downgrade, would my other forms get deleted?

Hi there

Thank you for contacting support. When your plan is downgraded from Silver to Starter(Free);

• The latest 5 forms will be remain active and the rest will be disabled but will not be deleted
• The latest 500 submissions will be kept and the rest will be archived/moved to Trashed section where it will be available to be retrieved within the next 30 days until it's permanently deleted.
• If the submissions have attached files(e.g. IMG, PDF, JPEG etc.), form(s) may not be accessible until the combined size of the files are cut down to 100MB, meaning you will have to delete some of them
