Error Submit Message

Hello there,

My users have been getting an error message the last few days trying to submit our rescues applications.
Not sure of the error, but I am asking some of them to find out if they can't give me anymore information.
I'm not sure how compatible your forms are with tablets and phones, but I know a couple of people have trouble filling out the applications on them.

If you could help us find out the problem ASAP , it would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you have any thing you need to know.

For some reason, the required validation of the form is not working on your page. This might be due to the fact that HTML tags and doctypes are missing on this page (check page source). Wix site places the form into a separate iframe page without these tags so this is probably causing the form not to work properly. To fix it, please re-embed your form using iframe embed code.
