Downloaded PDF missing Parts of the Form

I am not even making a new form but the trouble you give just to make quick edits and download a PDF form is ridiculous! If the PDF is not cutting out sections in the middle of the form it is rearranging it.I believe this is very deliberate because you have made no tangible effort to rectify this relatively basic issue.

Trying to force everyone to use a link just for your personal benefits is highly irresponsible and If you won't fix this issue I don't care that I have paid for the year I will be calling my bank to get my full refunds.

I can't access your form and clone it, so sharing a screenshot will help us. I tried it on my end though using my test account, and I don't have any problems downloading the PDF version of the form.

It could be due to some elements on the form that need to be fixed.

You should simply make downloading forms as easy as sharing links. Why is it impossible to upload the pdf forms of indeed you’re not just trying to make PDF downloads difficult or impossible.

After that, please remove the old version and then download the new PDF document and let us know if there are still missing data on it.

Also, I checked your form (https://www.jotform.com/form/211068345197054) and there is no submission. You need to submit a test submission to test your PDF document.
