I agree with Justine. I need my users to meet criteria before going forward. First question is supposed to exit them from the form if they fail the criteria. This is not happening with a "NO" answer from the question. Help?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you want a user to not be able to continue forward with the form based on his answer to the first question, you can do this by using the Show/Hide Field condition.

For example, the first question only has two options of either Yes or No. If the user selects No, a statement saying he cannot continue with the form will appear and the other form fields, as well as the Submit button, will be hidden. Else, if the selects Yes, then the other condition will trigger to display all the form fields and the Submit button.

I created a demo form showcasing this: https://form.jotform.com/220163678310046

Feel free to check it and even clone it if you want.

We hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,
