Form not found This form is disabled.

Hi The Team of JotForm,

I am using your tool, that I love.

I created a new form on my website to give the possibility to my visitors to be contacted, I asked for Name, email and Phone number.  and I think jotForm thought that it was a fishing. (even if it is not)

I deleted the form which might be perceived in a wrong way by Jotform, but all my form are still disable !!

please Jotform, I promise you, that i am a good guy and I really need those form !

I checked your account. It is fine. It is not disabled.
