I did not receive my credit back on upgrading my subscription

    Please see the picture attached. In December 2020 I received a charge of $190.00 for the Bronze subscription


    Also in December I upgraded to the silver membership and was charged and additional $229.16.


    I was under the impression that If i upgraded I would get a credit from the bronze subscription which I do not see. Can you please look into. Thank you

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Upon checking, it seems you purchased a Silver subscription about on December 1st 2021, exactly 10 days before your previous Bronze subscription expiry date on December 11th 2021.

    For your Silver Yearly plan you got charged $229.16, as you took advantage of the End Of Year promotion, and refunded $4.84 for the unused time left on your Bronze plan.
