Did the format of the forms change?

Up until recently you could selct your form, click PDF format and then print or save.  Now you are required to save it before you can do anything else.   Am i missing something?  Please let me know if I can still do that.

You can do that for a single submission but NOT for the form. We do not have any changes of the action when you click Create PDF Form button from the form options. Clicking that option would download the form in PDF format.
