    Hi JotForm,

I'm trying to set up two email notifications on my "Subscriber" form.

One to go to my desktop and one to go to text.

No matter what email address I put in the "recipient" field, it sends to my default address.

Please expaling what I'm doing wrong.

    Thanks,

    Hi safb1,

When you say "One to go to my desktop and one to go to text." which email adresses are you referring to? I can see that you have 2 email alerts setup.

Please provide us more information that could help us resolve the issue.

    Hi Bryan,

So, I had tried to have one go to scottpalexander@gmail.com while my default acct. email was scott@willametteliving.com - and it would only go to scott@willametteliving.com.

So, I changed my acct. default to scottpalexander@gmail.com.

And, I want one to go to my phone as a text, so I set up another notification to go to my cell no. at txt.att.whatever it is.

The notifications seem to ONLY go to my default acct. email address - which is now scottpalexander@gmail.com.

    spafb1,

I can see that you have setup your notification for the gmail and txt.att.net email addresses. If you are not receiving emails for your txt.att.net account, kindly ask you provider to whitelist our domain names. (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)

    ·        jotform.com

    ·        email.amazonses.com

    ·        amazonses.com

    ·        jotform.co

    ·        secure.jotform.co

    ·        s3.amazonaws.com

    ·        static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

Kindly create a separate email notification for your willametteliving.com email.

    Bryan
