The error message said I reached my limit. "3" is my limit? That's hardly nothing. I do have a "free" account. I'm looking over the pricing options for that and the next one up for $10.00. Where does it say that "3" is the limit of forwarded messages allowed for a "free" pricing account?
What is the limit for the $10.00 account?

You are talking about this message, right?
Please note that the limits for the Forwarded submission is 2 per hour for free and guest accounts. Such limits is not described/mentioned in the PRICING page.
So, once you reach that limit, you will have to wait one hour to be able to forward other 2 submissions.
The limits for the Premium ($9.95) is 100/hr the same apply for the Professional plan.
