When will the Monthly submission limit resets

Asked by sprane on April 25, 2014 at 02:48 PM

According to my records I signed up for jotform on 11/23/13.  I received an email on 4/24/14 stating that we are approaching our monthly limit of 10 payment submissions.  I believe the account should have reset on 4/24 for the new month.  Can you tell me how you calculate monthly submissions?

    Hi sprane,

Please be reminded that free accounts are entitled for only 100 submissions, 10 secure submissions and 10 receive payments. I've checked your account and you have used 9 payments as of this writing. You may wish to upgrade your account to premium, economy or professional. You can check our Plans here.

Please let us know if you need further help.

To clariy, it is 10 maximum payment submissions PER Month.
This also get reset to zero(0) on the 1st Day of the each Month .

Example, I checked your account sprane and it currently have 9 payment submissions at this time. The reset will occur on May 1st next month.

Inform us if you have further question on this.
